Registration Process

1. Download  Registration Form <Download box below> 
2. Print the PDF form  
3. Complete all fields on the form
4. Scan the completed form and email it to jenny@steppingstonesearlylearning.ca 
5. If payment is E-transfer:  Make payment to jenny@steppingstonesearlylearning.ca 
6. If payment is in cash: Email Jenny at jenny@steppingstonesearlylearning.ca to arrange an appointment to drop off payment.  
7. An email confirmation will be sent out to confirm that your child is enrolled. 
8. Once payment is received, we will contact you to arrange time to finalize agreement.
